Paul Ticen began his career in insurance as an adjuster, starting with personal automobile injury files and quickly advancing to complex, litigated losses. Over six years he handled high-exposure claims in commercial trucking, general liability, and liquor liability involving severe and fatal injuries, often with limits of $1,000,000 or more.
In 2007, Paul began practice law in insurance defense at an AV-rated Phoenix firm, defending businesses and individuals in motor-vehicle, dram shop, product-liability, and premises cases.
After co-founding a personal injury firm in 2014, he formed Paul Ticen Law in Chandler in 2017. Paul now represents clients in personal injury and wrongful death matters across Chandler, the East Valley, as well as the Greater Phoenix and Tucson areas, leveraging insurance industry insight, practical solutions, and creative strategy to pursue fair, reasonable compensation for his clients.
