Burn Injuries
After our client sustained burn injuries due to cryotherapy operator error, she was rushed to the Arizona Burn Center, where she endured exceptionally painful treatment. Recovery required ongoing debridement at the Burn Center and self-debridement at home, prolonging pain and disrupting daily life. Her right lower leg healed with a large, highly visible scar along the lateral side, with persistent symptoms that include intermittent shooting pain, heightened sensitivity to sunlight, tightness, and irritation even from normal clothing contact. We developed the liability and damages evidence to show how the incident occurred and the lasting impact it left behind.
